Are all nos. are under the same MyEE family a/c, not PAYG? They need to be to be able to gift data. See Gift Your Data and Set Controls .

I agree, your response doesn’t help much. How do you get to my family on the app? How do you transfer data without this? More info needed please. Cheers

If you log into the My EE app and select Mobile Plan, then Gift your data, do you have this showing?

@Nedwards : You make sure all your family's nos. are under the same online MyEE a/c, by , if necessary, transferring the ownership of them to it if they are not already.

Hi I can't seem to get in to the MY EE App on my iPhone. Every time I type in my email and password it says "well that didn't work" or "There seems to be a problem... we having a little difficulty right now. Try closing the app and coming back a bit later" but it has said this for days now.
