Gift data is gone after my number is moved to EE

I just transferred 99GB to my other SIM and then my was changed which I had applied from 23 May today. And it's says 0 GB left and internet stopped working so I had to urgently buy 24 hour unlimited add-on just to get going. I have checked both website and app and same it says 0 GB left to gift.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I bought new SIM under my old contract and apply to switch my O2 number to EE  and number just changed yesterday and in doing so I lost my 99gb gift data
