It's is saying that I normally use about 1gb out of my 20gb I have per month.

However this month says I have used 19.35gb out of my 20gb since Jan 18th. How can this possibly be?

What is the "it" that is saying this?

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Further to the above, Android & Apple phones have a data counter function which itemises data usage down to each system function & app, and is of great use in situations like this.

You can often set the counting period to match your billing cycle to further assist.

Lsim, I think you will find it means you have 19.35gb left out of 20gb, it's quite confusing.
