I received a text offering me double data as an EE and BT customer. 150 replied saying I have now got it but I can’t see it on my account! How long does it take to be activated please? Thank you.

The double data should be added within 24 hours.

I would suggest giving us a call on 150 and the team can check your account and let you know when your double data will start @janamor
