Hello.
First post so please be gentle!
I've successfully put two more numbers on my shared family plan and I can see those numbers in the app and what they have used.
My question is, can other users in my family track their usage in any way as I have the controlling app and they don't.

Hi
Yes I installed the app on her phone and it all went well, but then it wants to verify the app in web and it then says her number is managed by another account (me) and won't proceed.

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check your account is set up correctly.
They'll be able to help you get your daughters app working too.
