The plan has a max speed of 100 Mbps.

I say's on my Plan = Our best speeds No max mbps, I should have ordered the £31 sim.

@TT1111 if you call customer services on 150 they will be able to change your plan to the £31 plan if you wish to change it.

That suggests that the Plans DL Data Speed is already Uncapped.

New Plans normally say -

• Excellent speeds, max. 100 Mbps (Capped)
• Our best speeds, no max. Mbps (Uncapped) 

Have you done a Speed Test?

Hi, it's a really bad signal area where it's for, have an antena fitted and could get most of what I wanted but couldn't get the cctv cameras to play, speed test was only 30 Mbps download can't remember upload but was less.  As you can tell I've not much of a clue, it's a lot better than I had which was nothing. I'm not sure it would make a difference just trying different things and trying to knock them off the list. Thanks
