Downgrading

Hello, I’m wondering if there’s anyway I would be able to downgrade my data plan? My data contract ended on 16th sept but I am still paying my device plan until next year- thank you

I would suggest speaking to customer service, they should be able to downgrade your plan for sim contract to a cheaper one, that would be the only way to do it, they can take a look and let you know.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 7953 966 or +44 330 123 1105.
