Hi there, I have temporarily left the UK and would like to downgrade my plan but would still like to keep my mobile number at a reduced/basic plan. How can I go about doing this?
Assuming you are outside your minimum-term, then either follow the "upgrade now" links on your myEE and choose the plan you'd prefer, or call CS on 150 and ask the agent for a change of priceplan.
