Double data transfer to EE from BT Halo

I was promised double data when I xferred to EE mobile from BT. This is not showing on my account. How do I restore my DD allowance? Thank you.

@col24  you’ll get this on your next EE billing cycle you don’t get it straight the way. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
