mobile data isn’t working on my iPhone despite having data? I’ve tried restarting my phone and this hasn’t helped.

Has this been permanently affected since you've been in Italy, or has it worked intermittently? 

I'd recommend if you haven't already to try a reset on your network settings. This won't impact any of your personal data like contacts or photos, but you will need to set up any WiFi connections again when you next connect.

@Seaweed762  Is that all apps or just some ap ?  Of just some apps what are these. 

Just to check you do have mobile data enabled on the device?  Open control centre and make sure the  icon next to airplane mode is green. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi - no apps work with data. I’ve checked everything’s enabled.

Have you been able to use data previously? If so, how long ago did this stop working for you?

I went abroad to Italy and prior to that it was working fine. When in Italy last week it didn’t work, and hasn’t worked since.

Are you still abroad at the moment @Seaweed762, or are you now back in the UK? 

Is it only data you are unable to use? Are your calls and texts all OK?

I can receive and make calls and texts. I’m back in the UK. I just can’t use data to access the internet.

What model of phone are you using at the moment? 

Also when you look at the signal bars in the corner of the screen, do you see a 4G/5G indicator next to it?

It is an IPhone 12. When I turn data on the 4G symbol does come up, but no internet.
