Hi
Data very slow at my home postcode. Have done everything to fix the issue. Difficult to browse the Internet sometimes says no Internet. Only at my postcode everywhere else fine. Can't seem to report myself because it brings an error up. Reported it on the phone and got message to say no network issues. Is it just because I may live away from the nearest mast? Postcode is WF17 .

Have your data speeds been better in the past when at home, or is this something you've always struggled with?
Indoor coverage can be variable too, so do you notice an improvement when you go outside the building?

It may just be a case of the indoor coverage here, but I definitely think it makes sense to get this fully checked out.
If you give our technical team a call, they'll be able to take a closer look into things and say for sure what's happening.

Can you be a bit more precise on what exactly "everything" is that you've tried? What is "everything" to one user, may not touch the side with another - and we don't know what you've done unless you tell us!
Can you quantify the speeds you're achieving indoors, that are "very slow"?
There's a few potential causes.
