For the past three months I am getting messages saying all my data has been used up and I have had to buy more. 
I have not changed any of my phone habits and there should be no reason this should happen. 
I bought more data today. Have used my phone to answer WhatsApp messages 7 times and I have now been told I have used up half my data!

 

there’s a serious miscalculation going on and it’s incredibly hard to get to speak to anyone. 

I’m not happy at all!!

I have experienced a very similar thing for the past three months!

I’ve bought extra data and did again today, not used my phone and half of it has gone already!!

what is going on EE!!!!???

Welcome to the community.

If you go into your phone settings, then mobile data, it should list the amount of data each of your apps have used. Do you have access to WiFi? If you do, I'd recommend utilising that as much as possible to help manage your data.

Have you received a text advising you are running out of data? 

If you text AL to 150 what reports back?
