Data usage

For the first time ever I am running out of data. When I try and check my usage I just get a blank page. This isn't right is it?

Look at http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status when not connected to WiFi to see data & credit status.

How or where are you checking your usage, that you're getting a blank screen?

 

You can also check your allowances by texting AL or BALANCE to 150
