I logged in to my account and want to check my data usage this month.
The info shows 'stacked' and 'active'.
I don't understand what 'data stacked' means and what 'data active' means.
Can anyone explain please?

@Pipjgreen Sorry I thought you were on Pay as you go as stacked and active are also different PAYG plan statuses.
You should be able to upload a picture with those instructions, though I do understand which section you are looking at and that is just how unlimited allowances appear in the usage tracking section currently. You can essentially ignore the two stacked allowances, the active allowance should tell you how much you data you have used so far in this billing period.
The fair usage amount for usage in the EU is not tracked separately online, it is 50GB of usage to confirm. You do get an 80% and 100% text alert for the roaming allowance though and will have the option to add more once you have ran out, but you wont be automatically charged if you were to run out.

Hi @Pipjgreen,
Welcome to the EE Community
Active data is the data allowance you are using currently, Stacked data is data allowance that is available to you once you run out of your current active allowance.
It is hard to say without knowing the specifics of your plan but for example the active allowance could be your data rollover from your last plan and the stacked data the actual allowance from the current plan. Or the stacked may be your free boosts and the active the plan allowance etc.

Are you on contract or PAYG?
What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

SIM Contract.
I'm using it in the EU and texting AL to 150 only tells me the money balance for UK, it doesn't tell me the data used.
Thanks for replying

Thanks. Attaching a pic of my screen.
Thanks.
Three items show expiry date of 17 SEP 2025 but base of pic says 0B left and two at the top give different amounts for active and stacked.
It's a SIM only contract. Unlimited in UK but I'm currently in EU and there's an upper limit, which I think is 50 GB but may be less. Each time I ring EE to ask, I get a different amount to other advisers.
Hence, I'm trying to keep an eye on it.

For some reason it won't allow me to upload my pic.

Use the camera icon in the reply screen to insert an image into your post. Then it'll need to be manually approved for public view.
