Data roaming

Hi, I’ve landed in Gran Canaria, I have bought the data roaming add on for £15 a month, yet still I am unable to make calls back to the UK? Any advice on how I should proceed? Thanks.

@Spudy   Did you enable roaming on your EE account?   Did you text ROAMING to 150 ? 
  Purchasing add ons doesn’t enable roaming as that’s just an add on.        

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
