Data not working

Hi, I am in New Zealand. I am pretty sure I pay for 100GB of data with free calls and texts abroad for £30pm. So I don't understand why I can't use the internet. It's annoying I can't just leave a message for EE so they can help me. Please can someone help me understand why this isn't working. Calls and texts work fine.

Thanks

There's a 25GB pm FUP on data when roaming on PAYG. So you've probably used it all up. Were you ever able to use it there?

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up => 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB => 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB => 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU => 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU => 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC => 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC => 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC => 2022: EE 80 Meg FTTC (no landline number)

But doesn't it top up/renew every month? I haven't been able to use my phone since the middle of Feb. I've had to buy extra data from a different provider. I don't want to do this if I'm already paying for a service.

Hi @Rferguson87

That's right, your data will refresh each month.

Have you tried manually connecting to another available network?

How long have you been in New Zealand?
