The last two months all my data has gone within 4 days. I have to be gifted data from my husband. Today I was gifted 7gb then I upgraded with EE to 150gb a month. Yet in 40 mins the data had gone down by 6gb. I’m using my EE home WiFi so I don’t understand what is happening. Can my data be hacked?

@Pastorcaz : Seems a lot when you are using your Home BB. Have you checked on your phone what apps are using what data?

I have checked and I’ve turned off mobile data roaming and some apps. I am
watching now to see what happens. There’s no way I could use 6gb in 45 mins
while on the phone to EE sorting an upgrade🤔--
Kind Regards xxxxxx xxxxxxxx

Hi @Pastorcaz
Which phone do you have? Most of them show you which apps are using your mobile data. It's usually under Settings > Mobile Data and should be quite clear from that what could be the cause.
You can also reset the counters so that you can monitor it more closely going forward.

iPhone 8s. I’ve gone through mobile days usage. EE said I’m using iTunes a lot but I’m not. I hardly use iTunes so I’m confused.

Definitely iTunes and not Apple Music, @Pastorcaz?
How much did WiFi Assist use? You can see it right at the bottom of the mobile data usage. It may be worth turning that off if it's using a lot of your mobile data.

Data roaming has nowt to do with your usage unless you are roaming outside UK. Are you?
