Data gifts

Hi,

I am on a phone plan with my mum and I am on a 1GB data plan. My mum has gifted me 30GB and this is showing in the history tab. However, the data gift isn’t adding to my usage and my phone won’t let me use any of it. I’m not sure if I’m being dumb but if anyone could tell me why I can’t use the data gift.

@coraldairo_o  Have you used up your 1Gb allowance yet ?  As you need to use that up first.
