Data gifting

Hi, just want to know I have an account with Sim monthly, I want to data gift a family member (wife) who is a pay as you go with EE. How do I do this? Its not on the app, and I've tried on website too. Have EE withdrawn this data gifting?

You cannot gift to PAYG Sims only pay money/SIM only accounts you are the account holder.
