I'm trying to gift data to my daughter who is on my plan, but I keep getting a message that says we are trying to fix this try again later, this has been happening for the last few days any ideas?
I only know how to get onto the app through my phone, I don't know how to get onto the online site, I've not gifted data before so wondered if I was doing it wrong or maybe my account needs to be tweaked to allow me to do this.
