Have been trying to gift data for 4 days (the plan I am on requires me to manually gift data to my kids) but keep getting this message. Anyone else having this problem?

@Princessleah4 Try closing the app and removing it from the app switcher so it’s fully closed and then try again.
Only swipe up to fully close an app when that app has any issues.
