I have just transferred from O2 to EE and I now have no mobile data on my EE SIM card even though I have already been charged £18 for EE services? Can someone please let me know what’s happening as I commute weekly for about 4-5 hours and I need to be able to access google maps so that I can get home when I need to. This is really not the best first impression after hearing people praise EE so much.
