I’ve been having problems gifting data . Got in touch with EE they said 24 hours however it’s been 48 hours and I still cannot gift . Is anyone else having the same issue please

If you're still not able to sue data gifting on the app or online, I'd recommend getting back in touch with our Customer Care team so they can investigate further.

Are you using the My EE app or My EE online?

Same problem here! I have used gift data (to my child … family plan…) before but have got an error message last few days.

Have done this many times before…
Now, receiving an error message “ gift data failed. Something went wrong and the data hasn’t be gifted “
