I have the same issue. Can’t gift data through the app or online. I get the same error as described above. Have restarted phone, deleted and reinstalled app. Still doesn’t work. My wife has no data and I can give her any.
So you can send a private message to sort theirs out but not mine as 150 is useless as well still not sorted been told no issues but still can not gift data
