Data gifting

Can’t gift data now for a week !! Saying come back later it’s driving us 4 potty

@carlgarside  Is that via the EE app or via your online account or both ?  have you tried calling customer support and reporting this ?

Just spoken to EE, turns out the system does not like it it when a number is completely out of data...

They added data to the number "manually" on their end and I checked online and I was able to use gifting again for the other numbers.

Hi, so every time you have 0 data on your account you cannot be gifted data from your other account and you have to call ee so they can do it manually? Madness!
