Why will it not let me gift data to one person on my plan but it will all the others

@Staceyd33  Is that contact a no frills tariff?  If it is you can not gift data to or from a no frill tariff. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
