Data gifting

Hi it will not let me gift data to a new number in my family plan, can you help?

@Zoeelizabeth   If that contract is a no frills tariff then you can not gift data to or from it.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
