I am currently abroad in Budapest. I arrived yesterday and my data worked perfectly. I had the £2.29 per day add on which lets me use my data package abroad. Today it is not working at all. It says I have full bars of 4G but nothing will load or send. I’m not sure if it is a roaming problem or something else I need to do. I have tried manual network connections and restarting my phone. Any help is appreciated.

Hi there,
I am currently in Budapest. I arrived yesterday and my data worked perfectly. I used a £2.29 per day bolt on which allowed me to use my normal data package. Today it is not working at all. I have full bars of 4G but nothing loads or send - it is as if I have no service. I have tried manual connections, restarting my phone and texting 150 to no luck. Any help is appreciated.

I know I've replied to you on another thread. It sounds like you've tried everything we'd usually recommend.
I suggest speaking to our Mobile care team so they can check everything from our side.
