I’ve always been able to gift data to my son or daughter who are both on £15 pay as you go contracts. For some reason I can’t gift data to my son this month. I’ve tried for 2 days and tried calling 150 but their wait time is 30 mins. I’ve deleted / uninstalled the app. No change.  I’ve also tested it by gifting my daughter data and that was no problem. Why can’t I gift my son? …

@Elaine2103 : You never did! You can't gift to PAYG nos. So they must be on contracts.

@Elaine2103  You can not and never have able to gift to PAYG.  Are you sure that they are not sim only contracts.
