Mobile data gifting not working

Can you please help me gift data to my family urgently. My daughter and son need data for their school work and your app and website will not work and provide the ability to gift data. I have over 70gb remaining and should be able to gift these. I had a similar problem over a week ago and had to get EE to process the data gifting and you explained there were issues with data gifting at that time. Please can you process the data gifting i need and let me know when this issue will be fixed.

Are you all under the same MyEE family a/c, not PAYG? You need to be to be able to gift data. See Gift Your Data and Set Controls .

Having same problem, no joy for last 3 days. Have 5 devices & usually no problem but keep getting message saying failed, whether by app, mobile web or desktop access.

Really need this function to ensure kids are 100% online.

Just tried calling 150 but over 20 minute wait. What is happening?, we need help.
