Absolutley rubbish cannot get signal in certain areas takes forever to connect to the internet using mobile data and neant ti be the best provider  load of rubbish phone says 4G but only ever 2bars sometimes hust 1 never full bars thinking if changing providers

@Tbirch17  the bars on your phone indicate signal strength and not the quality of signal these are not the same.    Is this indoors or outside?  What device is it ?

If your phone shows coverage and mobile data is enabled, then the signal you receive is not the issue.

Equally, a single bar of service is still a bar and this should not cause any issues - it's all I have at the moment and my phone is working fine.
