Lower tariff with EE impossible they will put a CAP on your data speed or drain your data then make excuses and make you call there tech team starts with level 1 after wasting your time they will transfer you to level 2 tech where he will play the role of nice and helpful guy and feed you some lies and the next day same thing allover again. All this so you can go to a higher tariff and they can make some extra money 🤑

Hi,
I would like cheaper tariff, my contract has ended, but from the app the upgrade is always more money + 24 month only. I would like max 12 month and the website/app does not show me any option.
Why is this happening? We should be able to change to any option available after ending the contract from the website.
