Cannot share data

Second day in a row i cannot share data between my devices. It says Sorry we cant show this device's data right now. We will fix it soon. 

My question is HOW SOON? I need it today, please help

Are you in the UK right now?

Have you tried gifting from the My EE app and the My EE website?

This new EE app and website is a joke. It’s awful. It’s about 20 x steps with Mystic Meg to get something as simple as transferring some of your available data from one number or device to another. It’s so bad that I’m seriously going to consider going elsewhere as soon as I can. What an absolute nightmare ee have made there systems. It’s all about profit and milking the customers

You can gift data when logged in to your EE account by following these steps:

Plans & Subscriptions > scroll down to Gift your Data.

Well, perhaps you could give me a clear set of step by step instruction on
how exactly you can now transfrer data between my different phone numbers?
As it’s not in any way now easy or obvious as to how to do this?

Hi @Mike2023344444

When logging in both the EE app and EE online you will need to follow these steps to gift your data.

Plans & subscriptions > Manage Mobile > Ensure the number selected is the number you wish to gift data from > Scroll down to the data gifting section which is under 'Do more'. 

The number that you wish to gift data to must be under the same EE account.

Thank you for your email but in the App you now have Home, Shop, Manage,
Rewards and Help
- there is no obvious way to access Plans and Subscriptions and there’s no
obvious way to do this from your website either - please take a look at
both and give specific step by step instructions as to how to access
sharing data between my accounts.
I came across it once on the website after about half an hour of fiddling
around but it’s not at all obvious and thus my complaint - it should be
clear and obvious and it isn’t
