Can you gift mobile data?

You can gift data between pay-monthly lines that are on the same billing account, except for "No Frills" plans

Thank you for the response. I have successfully transferred data, but it has not gone onto my mobile data, even though I did it 48hrs ago. ? The very nice man at EE did it for me.
