I’m trying to top up credit or buy add on so I can use data in the USA. Every time I go to buy the add on with a card I get a generic error message. I tried to use a different card which I’ve been using in the USA- thinking perhaps it was a bank issue. But that had an error message too. Then I tried topping up my credit and that seemed to work but the credit never appeared on my account. What’s going on?!!! I’ve been trying for 3 days now and it still won’t work. You don’t appear to have a live chat- I can’t call the helpline because I have no credit to use.

The live chat is only available for customers on mobile contract, if you are on pay as you go there is no live chat.
If on contract, you will find the live chat in the app by clicking on help and then scrolling down to help and then scrolling down to talk to us.
