Hello, can someone please help. I am currently in France and I need to top up my roaming data. When I try to buy a 7 day roaming top up it keeps asking me ‘is this your number’ when I click continue to pay, it keeps going back to ‘is this your number’ therefor I am stuck. Do I need to add the +44 in front of my number? I don’t know ?

Do you also have a pay as you go account? If so, have you purchased a roaming pack and this has now ended?
Do you have credit on your account?
