Hi. I am trying too get the internet on my laptop, I have paid £30 and still won’t let me connect. It’s saying I need to add a Apn but I don’t know it?

You only need to configure the APN on the Device that holds the Sim Card. Is your EE Sim Card installed into the Laptop directly?

If so on a Laptop  (if its Windows 8 or more) set the APN to everywhere, that's it, shouldn't need anything else.
