Adding family member to my EE plan but keep their existing EE number

I want to add my Mum to my EE family account (so I am paying the bill), but in a way that she is able to keep her current mobile number (also EE).

We want to switch her to the pay monthly £10 sim only plan, but it's essential that she can keep her existing number. Am I able to just add her account to mine, or will I need to purchase a new plan and somehow port over the existing number?

Any help would be great! Thank you!

Hi @Busy_Bee

You've not said, but I presume you're an existing pay-monthly user?

On that basis, is your Mum currently on PAYG or pay-monthly?

If she's on pay-monthly, you'll just need to conduct a change of ownership which is explained on point-3 of my linked help page.

Thanks for the link  - yes we are both existing Pay monthly EE customers. If I can just change the ownership, that would be brilliant!
