5G does not work on my iPhone 15

I have an iPhone 15 and I love in a place that have 5G coverage 

but I Never got the 5G signal on my phone

I have a supsicribtion pack for 100GB a month 

is there something I should do to get 5G connection ?

Having a subscription pack is PAYG. You don't get 5G on PAYG SIMs.

Hello @Adam333

Welcome to the community,

It does not matter what subscription you have, because if you get 4G, then that should also be good, as I often have this.

Just make sure that your network setting is set to automatic, you should be able to then receive 5G.

One other thing, how old is your SIM card and have you previously had 5G with your phone you had previously?

Is this "subscription pack" a PAYG one? Or a pay-monthly contract? This is unlikely to be a SIM issue, but can be easily proven by a 2way SIM-swap with another phone which does access 5G coverage.

I got my sim last year , and I get 5g connection always when I am outside UK

I checked my phone settings now , it was 5G automatic , I made it 5g 

and stilll did not get a signal

subscription pack I pay 30 pounds monthly for unlimited Data and calls

@Adam333  Is it a contract that is a fixed term for 24 months or is it a pay as you go subscription?      You don’t get 5G access with pay as you go. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
