5G Coverage Disappeared from Local Area

Hi all,

Writing this as EE have no e-mail contact details to complain to (nor am I going to spend money on a postage stamp or wait on hold to speak to someone).

For the past ~6 Months there has been no 5G in my local area (NW6, north west london), the 4G my phone connects to is very slow. The coverage tracker says there is good coverage but my phone (iPhone 13) does not connect at all. It does connect to 5G elsewhere in the country.

Has anyone had experience with getting EE to improve coverage in their areas? Otherwise will look at other data providers.

Other quibbles with EE -

  • No email for contact (like all retailers these days)
  • The app is very slow
  • You cannot automate sharing data between members of the family

Perks of EE

  • Everytime you threaten to leave they make your package much better 🙂

I would say over the last week service from baker Street to Wembley is diabolical, in fact I couldn't even use speed check.
