I’ve just had a message say I’m nearly out of data. My allowance renews on the 20th of the month and I family gifted 40GB to myself on 22nd. Today it’s all gone and there’s no way I’ve used all that in 2 days.
Anyone know what might have happened?

@Moosterbrewster Have you looked at your data usage on your device since you gifted data ?
if your device doesn’t show any sort of abnormal usage then you need to call customer services to speak to them as this is a public forum that doesn’t have access to your account to see what has actually happened.
