Hi.

Due to the fact that I have to move out temporary so I bought a £36 unlimited sim to put inside my 4G sim route device to use.

The first week thing seem normal eventhough the speed isnt fast like they claimed but I am fine with it.

However until today (1week after) the uncapped (fastest) speed they said went from 60mbps (using speed check) down to 2-3mbps which is unaccepted.

I am barery able to do anything with it

I check the area if there any line issue but they reported back nothing. how can I solve this problem or this is how EE is and I should do a refund?

(TS18 area)

@Chenwaa72  Have you tried relocating the router to a different location?   Placing the router next to other equipment can cause issues.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi. I did try to move it around. including put it outside of the window. but nothing changed.

I mean even that, It didnt have any issue before with that placement. why is it happen 1 week after

Are those speeds consistent regardless of time of day, day of week etc?

Any restrictions based on usage would be - whereas traffic-related slowdowns would vary.

Unlimited Data Sim Plans have a Data Fair Use Policy (FUP) which is normally 600gb per Month, have you exceeded this amount as this will potentially cap your Speeds until the next Month.

I do aware of that. only used 50gbs so far
