I use a pay-as-you-go Wi-Fi Box using EE data/add-ons. When I get to 80% of the data used the box's app notifies me and sends me to add-on.ee.co.uk. But, this time the page is giving a '403 Forbidden' error.
I have tried accessing the page: on mobile, with WiFi, and with Data. And, I have tried on my laptop; cleared cache, different browsers, etc.
I work from home so data is important, and I will need to top it up tonight.
Is the page down, on EE's side?

Oh...that fixed it, what you said got me thinking; I was going to https://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase, my browser must have put it onto https, but I changed it to http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase and it's worked. Thank you!

Show me the full URL you are using to get to add-on.ee.co.uk ?

So was I! That's exactly right, don't use "https:" to get there.
Thanks! You're welcome 🙂 ! Glad I could be of assistance & trust it is now sorted.
