got a chatroom router ban. IDK. might be the mac address? not stable but something on the router. not IP address.

EE wont give a replacement without charging about £600. got a 4g portable etxra device. Just wanted an extra sim same data line. too much to expect. Have a replacement sim code? IDK how to use that? If I use the code on the 4g portable original router. would that defeat the ban? Or can I then swap out the sim and use the device? or what would u do? the device is off amazon. if it never gets used can return and £30 back.

EE support really dont help anymore even call me a liar no compensation and poor service.

Which EE BB plan are you on including its speed? What EE router do you have (read its label or post a pix)?

It's not really EE's responsibility to get around your ban evasion, nor is it their duty to support items that you purchase from Amazon.

@smallville19791 You can only have one sim per line it’s not possible to have. 2 sims that share the same line.

You’ve been banned from that chat for a reason and if it’s just a limited time ban then just serve that time you might end up with a permanent ban for violating the limited time ban.  You need to remember it’s not your chat forum and being banned means you violated the terms for using that forum.         You’re not entitled to use any forum online.

what a moron! get more sense out of the cat!

Yes, EE allows you to have two data SIMs on your account if you use a physical SIM and an e-SIM. Both lines will be subject to EE's Pay Monthly Network Terms.

I think that's all the evidence to show why EE are unwilling to help you.

1. You are rude and disrespectful. Probably why you got banned from the chat room in the first place.

2. You are expecting EE to foot the bill for your problems that have nothing to do with EE.

@smallville19791  Never said you couldn’t have two sims each with their own allowance on the same account,  Perhaps you should read what I put.

cos ur not helpful and ur just said u assume? we don't make a post wanting toxicity chew and crap. we ask for help cos we are stuck?I asked for a secondary sim. so they sent a serial sim. he had no idea what was going on? I don't know how to use that. So I have called again. now she said she has sent a secondary sim. and no one mentioned a charge anyways.

So as per usual. we dont get help and support or empathy BUT we are not allowed to display anger then all u care about is being self entitled and offended. people like u are the problem. dont wanna help then dont login. dont coment dont use the internet. u wont get offended and ur problems are solved.
