help required, please ALCATEL 4G EE WIFI

The item I have is

ALCATEL  4G EE WIFI (ee70 2 ae8gb3)

New EE data sim card installed. 

Credit added to sim card

Unit is charged, apparently working...

UNABLE TO LOG IN...

The password is printed on the inner face of the unit back cover.

DOESNT WORK

Tried the default setting of "admin"

DOESNT WORK

Tried 5 second reset button, tried 10 second reset button.

Still not working, obviously its impossible to telephone somebody and speak to the technical department...!!!

Are you aware if the SIM is active?

Have you tried using the SIM in a phone or another device?

I think, he asked about "How" to solving forgotten password for his device. 

I have same problem.

Is it the WiFi or admin password you have forgotten?

Which device do you have? Have you checked the inside of the SIM cover?
