Hi,
I set up a sim only deal with EE, and didn't realise I couldn't just cancel at any time. Cancelled the direct debit and now it keeps bouncing every time they try to take it from my account. I need to set the DD back up but don't know how to.

You still need to give 30 days notice to cancel.
Call EE CS on 150.

@oliviachadwick2 You cannot do it, you will have to call your bank customer service, get to someone who can re-install the DD that you cancelled. Once EE are sorted out and you know that everything is clear you can go back and cancel it again.
