Hey,
I've been using a ZTE MC888 for about 2.months with an EE sim without any issues. It has suddenly stopped working and I can't figure out why..
Everything in the router settings and the status lights indicates its connecting to EE but the pass through isn't working... I can ping Google (8.8.8.8) from the router. The router shows EE and the signal.
All devices are showing connected without Internet.
The.sim card works.in another device (phone) and I get mobile internet/ network access
The router works with another sim (vodafone) and provides Internet via WiFi to connected to devices.
I've checked for router updates and there are none.
we do not have a stable cable connection here and EE (was) the only reliable option we had..
Anyone have any thoughts?

Thanks for coming to the community.
If the SIM is working in a mobile device and another SIM works in the router, I would suggest giving our technical guides a call and they will run through some troubleshooting with you to see why this may be happening.
