Xbox Series X Connected to Wifi but no internet

Hello my name is Charlie, i recently purchased 4G Wifi 7 router, model HH10E. I have set it all up and connect my Xbox Series X to it. It tells me it is connected but when i try to load streaming apps or games it gives me a network connection issue.

I done a network speed and statistics check and it says its all working fine but will not give me information on Upload speeds, MTU and Latency. Even with it saying its all fine i still cannot load games or streaming apps. Please could i get some advice on this.

Welcome to the community.

Are you able to try connecting an ethernet cable from the router to your console, to see if it works any better?

@Charlie2204 : That router is not WiFi7 but WiFi5!
