I upgraded earlier this month. New device has arrived but I can’t connect the network to anything. It picks up WiFi but then says no network!

Did you insert the SIM card from your old phone, as that should work or were you inserting a new SIM card that came with your device? If the old SIM card works, no need to use the new one. It would help to have more information.

What the IPhone has, is the possibility of an E-Sim, but unless you have two different numbers, or are going on holiday, where you would want to use a local SIM card, I think you are best using a physical SIM card, that is my personal opinion, especially if your phone fails, you can then try the SIM card in another phone, for example.
