Wifi speed

I have two sims, one in my phone and one in a sim card router

Lately I have noticed a significant drop off in performance

On doing a speed check i found that my phone is only downloading at about 2.5mps and the router at less than 1 mps. Whats going on can my signal be boosted

@David9957   Use THIS to see if there is a known network issue in your area. ( click the check status tab ).  And no EE not boost a cellular signal.
